A booking request can be made online via our website. YOU WILL NOT BE MAKING A CONFIRMED BOOKING AT THIS STAGE and no money will be taken.
For tents and motorhomes (including awnings) there is a unit size applicable, ensure you supply accurate dimensions of your unit and choose the appropriate pitch size for your unit when you send your request. If you exceed the dimensions allowable, you will not be allowed to pitch or park.
Once we have received your request, we will check the availability of suitable pitches or pods against your request. If we are able to offer a suitable pitch or pod, we will contact you on the telephone number you have provided to take payment of the deposit.

If you wish to stay for less than our pre-booked period, please contact us in the morning you wish to stay to check availability and to make a booking if we have availability.
Camping & Motorhomes: Our booking policy is a minimum of 3 nights with a minimum of 4 nights on bank holidays.
Pod: Advanced bookings for pods are only accepted for a minimum of 2 nights or 3 nights over bank holidays
For Camping & Motorhomes a £40.00 minimum non-refundable deposit is due for all bookings of 3 nights (or 4 nights over bank holidays).
For Camp bookings of 4 nights or more a deposit of £10.00 per night booked is payable.
For Pods a £50.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
The deposit is non-transferrable and non- refundable – Please see cancellation and refund conditions for full details.
All Camping, Motorhomes & Pod fees are inclusive of VAT, which is subject to change and payable in full on or prior to arrival.
Camping & Motorhomes: Arrival from 12pm and no later than 9pm. During Mid and Low season please arrive by 6pm unless by prior arrangement. If your arrival time will be after 5pm, please telephone our office before 5pm. So, we will be able to give you instructions on how to enter park. On the day of departure, the pitch must be vacated by 12pm.
Pods: Arrival from 3pm and no later than 9pm. During Mid and Low season please arrive by 6pm unless by prior arrangement. If your arrival time will be after 5pm, please telephone our office before 5pm. So, we will be able to give you instructions on how to enter park. On the day of departure, the pod must be vacated by 11am.
Failure to arrive on your booking due date will result in your booking being cancelled, the pitch or pod will be re-let and no refund will be given.
If you cancel your booking, a refund will only be given if you cancel your booking 30 days prior to the start of your holiday less administration fees. If less than 30 days’ notice, no refund will be made.
The deposit cannot be transferred to different dates.
You may make amendments to your booking dates up to 14 days prior to the start of your holiday; this will incur an admin charge of £10.00 for each change.
If you change your booking or stay less than the number of nights booked, your deposit will be forfeited for the dates not required.
If you wish to extend your stay while already staying with us (subject to availability) this must be paid for at the earliest opportunity, the latest being 9am on the booked departure date. All vacated pitches will be re-let. No refunds.
The tent and motorhome sizes are required to ensure we are able to allocate you a suitable pitch. Making a more comfortable camping experience. The appropriate pitch for your tent or motorhome will comfortably fit 1 tent and 1 car or 1 motorhome and 1 car. While also allowing for a 3 metre fire break between yourself and your neighbours. Tents must be pitched in the centre of your pitch and as directed by our staff.
We are a small family orientated park. Unfortunately due to the number of complaints about groups, we no longer accept group bookings larger than 3 units. We will only accept a maximum of 3 units either in camping, motorhomes, pods or a combination of these. This is for the benefit and to ensure all our customers enjoy their stay at the park.
However, we can only accept one group booking at one period of time; therefore if we already have a group booking for the dates you require, we will not allow another group to book for those dates.
No, unfortunately we only accept tents, trailer tents, campervans and motorhomes.
Our amenities block situated on our campsite has toilets with baby changing facilities, free showers with hairdryers and a washing up area. The laundrette has dryers and ironing board. We do have an iron you can borrow, just ask in reception. Our camp kitchen has a toaster, kettles and microwaves for you to use.
At reception, during opening times we offer an ice pack freezing service, we do not charge but request a donation towards a local charity. Freezer blocks should not be in carrier / plastic bags and should be marked with your name.
Yes, gazebos without sides. Only 1 allowed per pitch and dependent on space available around your pitch or pod. Ideally no larger than 3m x 3m. A fee is charged for pitching a gazebo, see our tariff for details.
Camping and Motorhomes: Yes, there is a 16 amp electric supply to all our pitches which is charged at an extra unless during low season. You can hire electric hook up cables or a power bollard if you do not have your own. Our power bollards have a light and 2 x 13 amp sockets. We also have a limited number of small fridges available to hire.
Please note our electric supply is not suitable for house hold kettles (only low watt camping kettles). Kettles are also available in our camp kitchen for your use.
Camping & Motorhomes: Strictly NO NAKED FLAMES or burning in any type of fire pit, open fires including pizza ovens, Kelly kettles and smokers. Only charcoal or gas barbeques permitted. Barbecues should be kept off the ground; there is a supply of bricks available by the amenities block.
Pods: As above. Due to the wooden structure of the pods, bbq’s are only allowed outside the pod porch but must be kept off the ground and a suitable distance from the pod.
There must not be any cooking, smoking, candles, joss sticks, fires or heaters (other than the heater provided) or anything that could melt, burn or start a fire inside the Pods or on the porch. Smoking is not permitted inside the pods including the porch.
Our pods come with their own electric supply and are supplied with a kettle, heater, indoor and outdoor lighting, a small fridge, internal socket, outside storage box and a picnic table.
Each pod has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. We do not supply the bedding. You will need to bring your bedding, all cooking equipment and utensils with you. Our pods are best suited for 2 adults and 2 children.
Yes, only 1 car per unit is allowed due to limited space. Extra cars will be charged as an extra fee per night and are to be registered and parked in our visitor’s car park.
Take care not to drive on the grass during exceptionally wet weather.
No cars are to be driven on park between 10.30pm and 7.30am. Use overnight car park in entrance to park if returning to the holiday park after these times.
Yes, the gate is closed in the evenings; you will be given the gate code and clear instructions on arrival for you to be able to access the park up until 10.30pm. Between 10.30pm and 7.30am the gate is dead locked to prevent vehicles being driven and disturbing others on park during these times. If you return to the park after this time you will need to use the car park at the entrance of the site. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with our ‘emergency only’ overnight procedures.
No cars are to be driven on park between 10.30pm and 7.30am. Use overnight car park after these times.
If you wish to leave before 7.30am during your stay, you must ensure you leave your car in the overnight cark park and walk to your car in the morning. Noise must be kept to a minimum and be respectful to fellow campers.
Camping & Motorhomes: Yes, well behaved dogs are welcome. They must be kept on a lead at all times while on park. They must not be left unattended, must be kept quiet and not allowed to roam the site, or create a nuisance to other site occupiers. Dogs can be exercised off park. There are plenty of ideal footpaths directly off the park and places locally to walk your dog. Please ensure any fouling is cleaned up on or around the park (do not bag and hang on fences and hedges) there are dog poo bins on park provided for any fouling to be disposed of. A nightly fee is charged per dog, see our tariff for details.
Pods: We have a limited number of dog friendly pods; the above rules also apply.
Yes, but signals are weak due to the rural nature of the area. Not ideal for streaming, the service may not be as strong as your home WiFi. We do not charge for the WiFi service.
Yes, but all campers must act with due consideration to others and must not play radio’s, tv’s or instruments at a volume, which would annoy others, and must not be used between 10.00pm and 8.00am.
We have a small shop which sells basic groceries during the main camping season.
Our shop also has a range of camping accessories, including camping stoves, toilet chemicals, windbreaks, tent pegs and gas refills.
Locally there is ‘Sayas’ a small groceries shop in West Wittering village, a small Tesco and Co-op in the village of East Wittering and a Nisa at Birdham. Larger superstores Tesco Extra and Sainsbury’s are in Chichester.
Yes, we have a sandpit play area which includes a climbing frame, slide and other activities suitable for younger children ages 5 -12. The Ball Games area has a basketball hoop, a ping pong table, swings and small football nets. You will need to provide your own equipment.
The park, play areas and ball games area are unsupervised and children should be supervised at all times.
Play areas and ball games area are open at 8.00am and to be vacated by sunset or 9.00pm, whichever is earliest.
Bicycles are welcome. Salterns Way cycle path route passes the back of the camp site. The route stretches from West Wittering Beach to Chichester approximately 11 m / 18km (maps available in the reception).
No - Bicycles are to be ridden on park before 8am and after 9pm.
No – Form of motorised equipment is permitted to be ridden on park, this includes Electric Scooters, Electric Bikes, Mini Motorbikes, Quad Bikes, Hoverboards etc. at any time.
Unfortunately, we do not have electric charging points on park.

The stunning sandy beach of West Wittering is approximately 2 miles. There is ample car parking. We highly recommend checking West Wittering Estates website at www.westwitteringestate.co.uk for all their current charges, bookings requirements and terms and conditions.
Other nearby beaches are East Wittering and Bracklesham Bay both less than 3 miles away.
